Return Policy

Abaya District is committed to 100% customer satisfaction, but for any reason you are unsatisfied, you may return your product within 14 working days of the ship date.

The product for exchange or return should be unused with our brand’s packaging.

Exchange is available for other products or the same product with different sizes.

During the shipment of the product, if it’s lost due to Customers’ mistake, the cost will be borne by themselves.

The company commits to supporting the cost of the product if it’s lost by our fault.

In case of a return of any product, the shipment charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be transferred within 14 working days to the account used during the time of purchase.

If a customer requests a special order with specific specifications and measurements, it is not permissible to retrieve or replace the request for separation, and the request can be repaired within 5 days from the date of receipt.
